PCSO acting Chairman Atty. Jose Ferdinand Rojas 2nd, the winner only bet P20 but had been betting in lotto for a year.

Rojas said the winner got his winning combination 02-03-14-22-29-30 from birth dates of his children and their ages.

He said he plans to buy house and lot and a car from his winnings as well as send back his children to school. The rest of his prize winning, he said, will be deposited in the bank.

Rojas learned that the winner was left by his wife two years ago due to financial difficulties.

Due to poverty, the winner’s two children were forced to stop schooling.

Rojas handed the prize check to the winner at the charity main office in Mandaluyong City on Monday.
