JOINT police and military forces captured a notorious kidnapping group leader in a remote village in Zamboanga Sibugay province, police reports said on Friday.
Senior Supt. Reuben Theodore Sindac, Philippine National Police (PNP) Public Information chief, said that Sehar Muloc alias Commander Red Eye was arrested by joint operatives of the Western Mindanao Police Office and military intelligence unit on Thursday at Pasalubong Center, Barangay Poblacion in Ipil town, Zamboanga Sibugay.
