Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA), Austrade and Victoria Government are currently running a food festival at Acacia Hotel Manila’s A Steakhouse restaurant, to raise awareness on the natural goodness and health benefits of Australian grass fed beef.

Until August 23 a three-course meal with Australian grass fed beef as the main entrée is available to diners, which will also entitle them to a roundtrip ticket for two to Melbourne, Australia via Qantas Airways.

Australian grass-fed beef is seen as essential component for a healthy diet as it is naturally low in fat and cholesterol, while offering a higher level of Omega-3 fatty acids. It also has been known to lower the risk of certain cancers and blood pressure among others, making it a healthier option for gourmet meals.
