An eye opening film on the evils of human trafficking in the country held a well-attended premiere at the SM Megamall Cinemas this week. Titled Tumbang Preso, the independent film by Kip Oebanda is based true-to-life cases of human trafficking, whose victims are often children from poverty- or conflict-ridden areas, as well as those whose homes have been destroyed by natural calamities.
