Twitter is planning to establish an office in the Philippines.
Adam Sharp, director for news, government and elections of Twitter, made the disclosure during a meeting with foreign journalists who attended an international media conference sponsored by the Global Media Project (GMP), formerly The Media Project (TMP), held in New York City recently.
