Two men arrested by patrolling policemen in Tondo, Manila Tuesday night were shot dead when they fought policemen on their way to the Tondo Medical Center.
Members of the Smokey Mountain Police Community Precinct caught Edison Molina and Mark Angelo Noromo for illegal possession of drugs. The two were being taken to the Tondo Medical Center for physical examination on board a police car when they grabbed their police escort’s service firearm, prompting the lawmen to shoot them.
