TWO moderate earthquakes rocked some parts of Visayas and Mindanao on Monday morning, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).

In its bulletin, the agency said the first magnitude 3.2 quake occurred at 2:11 a.m. with its epicenter traced some 108 kilometers northeast of Mapanas in Northern Samar at a depth estimated at 117 km.
