UNITED NATIONS: UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Monday welcomed the latest report from a UN climate panel on the impacts of global warming, urging the international community to "make every effort needed" to reach a global legal agreement in this regard by 2015.
A statement issued here by Ban's spokesperson said Ban " welcomes the findings of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's (IPCC) Fifth Assessment Report on the impacts of climate change."
