First division leader University of the Philippines (UP) is on a hunt for a fourth straight victory when they face University of Batangas (UB) in Ang Liga at the San Beda College Football Field at 1 p.m. today.

The Fighting Maroons are on top of the standings with an unblemished record of three wins while first division newcomer UB is yet to post a win after three games.

The reigning University Athletic Association of the Philippines Champions will rely on their familiarity with the turf in the absence of key players.

The Fighting Maroons will be playing with a depleted line-up as the high-scoring duo of JB Borlongan and Kintaro Miyagi have been called to represent the country in an overseas game together with Kyle Magdato and Miguel Clarino.

National University and College of Saint Benilde will clash in the 3 p.m. match while San Beda Team B meets Don Bosco Technical College at 8 a.m. followed by the bout between De La Salle Araneta University and Malayan Colleges Laguna at 10 a.m.
