WASHINGTON, D.C.: The US House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly Tuesday (Wednesday in Manila) to impose tough new sanctions on Iran, North Korea and Russia, a move that will antagonize the Kremlin as well as European nations fearing economic ramifications.
