US institute sees more proof of N. Korea reactor


WASHINGTON, D.C.: North Korea has clearly restarted an aging plutonium reactor that would help it boost its nuclear weapons program, the United States-Korea Institute at Johns Hopkins University said on Wednesday (Thursday in Manila) after analyzing new imagery. A commercial satellite picture taken on September 19 showed the plutonium reactor releasing hot wastewater into a river through a new drainpipe.
