UNITED NATIONS: The United States will present to the UN Security Council a draft resolution imposing new sanctions on North Korea after it launched its first intercontinental ballistic missile, US Ambassador Nikki Haley said Wednesday.
"North Korea's launch of an ICBM is a clear and sharp military escalation," Haley told an emergency meeting of the council following the watershed missile test that Kim Jong-Un dubbed a gift to "American bastards."
