San Fernando City, La Union: The USNS Millinocket, the third Spearhead-class Joint High Speed Vessel, which is part of the United States Military Sealift Command is visiting the region to conduct medical and dental missions.
The group is led by Commodore Task Force Forager Capt. James Meyer, who said that La Union is its fourth stop-over before proceeding to Vietnam.
