• UST Artlets ‘81 launch Taralets Help Project

As a highlight of their Grand Reunion on Saturday, the Batch 1981 alumni of the University of Santo Tomas-Faculty of Arts and Letters (UST-Artlets) launched a social assistance program called “Taralets Help Project” at the Manila Yacht Club (MYC), Manila Bay, Roxas Boulevard, Manila. Part of the reunion, they said, was a two-stage “Manila Bay Sunset Cruise.” The celebration was for the 33rd year of the Bachelor of Arts and Letters or AB81, they said, adding the “reunion was a fellowship event that re-kindled old ties that evolved into fellowship to kinship—to be there for each other and the community at large, especially where help and assistance are needed.” Regalado said the launching of Taralets Help Project was in cooperation with the UST Alumni Association. UST Batch ’81 is thankful for the support provided by Casas Architects, Union Bank Direct, David’s Salon, Green Circle Realty, David’s Cut, Cylix Technologies, MRL Builders and Remy Cointreau.
