Vice Mayor Isko mourns death of Kuya Germs

Vice Mayor Isko Moreno of Manila is mourning the death of German “Kuya Germs” Moreno, who he considers a father figure in his career.

“Isang malaking kawalan hindi lamang sa industriya ngunit para sa buhay ko [It’s such a big loss is not only in the showbiz industry but also in my life],” the actor turned public servant said.
