Developer Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. on Wednesday heralded its Vista City project at the heart of an emerging “millionaires’ row” in Southern Metro Manila.
The P50-billion Vista City is an integrated development that includes residential units, commercial and IT hubs, entertainment centers, hospitals and a university town.
The development is in an area dubbed by research firm Cuervo Far East as the Southern Manila West Growth Area, which straddles parts of Las Piñas, Muntinlupa and Cavite on the west section of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX).
The newly opened Daang Hari SLEX Link or Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) is directly passing through Vista City. The SLEX exits in Alabang ang Filinvest also provide alternate access points.
Vista City development features an Ecohub, with several office towers for commercial locators and business process outsourcing offices.
