REAL estate developer Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. is building a P1.5-billion office tower catering to the business processing outsourcing (BPO) sector located at Bonifacio Global City (BGC), worth P1.5 billion. “This is the flagship BPO tower under Vista, and is located in a prime area,” Vista Land’s Cynthia Javarez told reporters in a press briefing over the weekend. The 15-story building will have the first two floors as commercial and retail areas, while the rest will be for office spaces. It will have a total of 20,000 square meters in gross leasable area. “If this succeeds, we will build more BPO buildings,” Javarez said. Vista Land broke ground for the tower last year, and completion is set for the second quarter of 2016. Besides the BGC tower, Vista Land is also expanding its BPO venture with the establishment of Vista Hub within the master-planned Vista City to rise in Las Piñas.
