Listed real-estate firm Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. has launched its first high-rise project in Mindanao amid its plan to become a major player in the vertical segment outside Metro Manila.
In a statement, Vista Land said that its condominium development arm Vista Residences Inc. has started the construction of its first high-rise condominium property in Mindanao.
The Loop, which will have two 25-storey towers, is located in Limlketkai Center in Cagayan de Oro City.
The two towers of the project will be separately called as the North and the South Towers. The North Tower alone will have 522 units, from studio to one-bedroom to two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
Vista Residences will also have a mid-rise condominium project in Mindanao called Northpoint along J.P. Laurel Street in Davao City.
Combined, The Loop and the 4th tower of Northpoint, Liverpool, are expected to generate at least P4 billion in sales upon completion.
Vista Residences, a major player in the country’s multi-level, mixed-use property development industry, currently has a portfolio of 23 low- to high-rise condominiums in some locations in Metro Manila, Davao City and Cagayan de Oro City.
Earlier in June, tower one of Wil Tower Mall, a joint residential project of the Willie Revillame and Vista Residences, was topped off and according to the developer, it wouldn’t take them long to start the construction of the project’s tower two.
Wil Tower Mall is a two-tower and 42-storey mixed-use condominium sitting on a 3,000-square-meter land situated in Quezon City.
The first tower of Wil Tower Mall is reportedly 90-percent sold. Part of the project is a four-level high-end mall that is set for completion and opening this year.
