BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya: In a bid to boost the income of farmers, the Provincial Agriculture Office (OPAg) here is distributing fruit and coffee seedlings in various farming towns. Provincial agriculturist Alexander Domingo, said OPAg is ready to distribute 120,000 seedlings of Robusta and Arabica coffee and 100,000 seedlings of cacao in addition to 200,000 pineapple seedlings; 50,000 malunggay and 736,000 sweet potato cuttings. The towns of Alfonso Castañeda, Bambang and Kasibu already received a huge number of coffee and cacao seedlings. The province is one of the biggest suppliers of agricultural products in Divisoria and Quezon City in Metro Manila, Baguio City and neighboring provinces through the Nueva Vizcaya Agricultural Trading Center in Bambang town.
