Filipino Grandmaster (GM) Wesley So guns for a crucial win against GM Ivan Saric of Croatia in the 11th round of 2015 Tata Steel Chess Tournament being held in Wijk aan Zee, Netherlands. A victory against Saric will boost So’s chances of claiming the title in the tournament sanctioned by the International Chess Federation. So is currently sharing the second place with GM Maxime Vachier-Lagrave of France with identical 6.5 points. They are a full point behind solo leader world champion GM Magnus Carlsen of Norway (7.5). Carlsen and Vachier-Lagrave will be facing each other in the 11th round.
