The Zamboanga City-based Western Mindanao Command announced that all its available units are assisting the local police in identifying and arresting the perpetrators behind the explosion at Barangay Guiwan which left one person dead and 44 others wounded Friday.
“We are currently exhausting all efforts to assist the local police in the conduct of investigations,” Western Mindanao Command head Lt. Gen. Rustico O. Guerrero said.
