Jessy Mendiola’s secret to her sexy waves is—she just pins them on!

DID YOU KNOW that the newly hailed nation’s sexiest and Maria Mercedes actress Jessy Mendiola has been sporting hair extensions for quite a while now?

In a separate interview, Mendiola revealed she’s been going to a place called Tokyo Posh for all her hair needs.

“No clips, no hooks, no tapes, and just fuller, longer hair in an instant,” said the sultry actress. “The waves and curls make my hair look all the more sexy.”

What Mendiola likes about her hair extensions is that that they only take seconds to attach on her hair by herself, and remove by the end of the day. She can also work on unlimited hairstyles on her own with just one hairband.

Mendiola shared her beauty secret at the Tokyo Posh seventh anniversary celebration where she was owner Denise Aquino Posada’s guest of honor.

Posadas said she is very proud to have Mediola as the face of her company, especially with her latest career milestone as FHM’s sexiest. The businesswoman thereafter shared their own seven memorable milestones on Tokyo Posh’s seventh anniversary.

“We are the first premium hair extensions studio in the country; the first to bring styled clip-on extensions; the first to bring a complete line of hair extension care products and accessories; the first to bring 100-percent human hair, painless tape semi-permanent extensions; the first to bring 100-percent human hair ombre and balayage extensions; the first to bring hair braid brands; and finally, the first to bring 100-percent human hair string extensions to the Philippines,” she enumerated.

In 2009, Tokyo Posh was born with humble beginnings in their first in-line store at SM Supercenter in Pasig City. Posadas, being the first to launch in the hair extension category, braved the challenges head up high.

“It was very hard to introduce this new product category. The prevailing image hair pieces is that they are for people who have hair loss problem due to sickness, and age, or for women who are joining beauty pageants. I basically had to find a way to change consumer mindset to one that saw hair pieces as fashion accessories that every woman should have, not as last resort solutions for those with no hair,” she said.

What inspires her company to expand its offerings is the overwhelming feedback they receive from clients, many of them celebrities.

“Besides Jessy Mendiola, we’ve also had Anne Curtis, Lovi Poe, Cesca Litton, Andrea Torres, and Bella Padilla coming to us for their hair,” she ended.
