• What’s the exit plan?

SHIT hit the fan the moment the government did not own up responsibility in the Mamasapano Massacre. And revelations in the abruptly ended investigations in Congress served to highlight a cover-up sinking this administration deeper into the cesspool as fingers point up to the Presidency. It took a neophyte Senator Nancy Binay to pry open the weakness of the Cabinet’s security cluster if it was true that no one among them informed the President of what was happening in Mamasapano.

Reports that OPAPP Secretary Ging Deles allegedly was the one who advised the President not to reinforce the doomed troops in battle are not helping any. Now here comes another story where Deles says that the SAF were the ones who attacked the MILF first. No wonder MILF negotiator Iqbal has the gall to threaten us that he will allegedly bring the war to Metromanila if the BBL is not passed. They have Deles on their side. Doesn’t this give more reason not to pass the BBL? Where is this belligerent attitude coming from?

I am all for peace but let justice be served first in honor of the forty four who gave up their lives up while fighting to their last ounce of courage. But how with the Congress investigations suspended indefinitely and limited to Executive Sessions? Was it not PNoy who said that the truth shall set us free? Did government provide guidance to the networks not to broadcast live the investigations to stave off a possible coup this weekend? Well the more they hide it the more people will be suspicious and infuriated. These rumours of an impending coup, whether real or not is enough to put one on edge. Even if the coup does not push through, PNoy is up shit creek without a paddle. This is probably the biggest challenge he will ever face in his presidency. Many are saying he is now a lame duck. Not because his term is ending but because there is nothing concrete to show in terms of having uplifted the lives of our unfortunate. The number of jobless has even become higher. Poor Mar should he be the anointed one.

Meantime, I wonder if PNoy has already devised an exit plan whether that time is now or in 2016. I hope he has and hopefully better than Operation Exodus. For sure, this early, a lot are eager to see him step down so they can file cases when he loses immunity from suit come 2016. In 1972, then US President Nixon faced his biggest political scandal which cost him the presidency.

The Nixon administration’s attempted cover-up of its involvement made matters worse. When the conspiracy was discovered and investigated by the US Congress, the Nixon administration’s resistance to its probes led to a constitutional crisis.

Since then, the term Watergate has come to encompass an array of clandestine and often illegal activities undertaken by members of the Nixon administration. Those activities included such “dirty tricks” as bugging the offices of political opponents and people of whom Nixon or his officials were suspicious. Nixon and his close aides ordered harassment of activist groups and political figures, using the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The scandal led to the discovery of multiple abuses of power by the Nixon administration, articles of impeachment, and the resignation of Richard Nixon, the President of the United States, on August 9, 1974—the only resignation of a US President to date.

The scandal also resulted in the indictment of 69 people, with trials or pleas resulting in 48 being found guilty and incarcerated, many of whom were Nixon’s top administration officials.

So what will it be, PNoy? Impeachment or resignation?

    God is Great!

    1. The EXODUS GATE syndrome will be with us for decades if the truth is never realized. With an almost incompetent Congress bent on saving the seat of the man in the Palace; all we can do is wipe off that fecal mater passing through the fan!
The President has violated the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act which states that any undue injury to any party, including the government, or giving any private party any unwarranted benefits, advantage or preference in the discharge of his official administrative or judicial functions through manifest partiality, evident bad faith or gross inexcusable negligence is deemed a corrupt act and therefore, unlawful.

It seems that our presidential history of a post term imprisonment of the former President will once again repeat itself.

    2. A good exit strategy for Aquino would be to go and visit the US for the next 14 months. He could come back in time to hand over the reins. In the case where Congress impeaches him, he could claim he is out of the country for medical treatment. Maybe a brain transplant?

One thing can be said about Aquino. He is the worse president ever. An idiot in a mental hospital could have done better.

    3. I like the SHIT hitting the fan M s. Dumpit. And I thought only Pnoy caught the splatter that the macho Generals and Secs. Mar and Voltz tried to wipe off. It’s a shame we have these circle (security cluster) of people high up there that don’t have courage to tell the truth. Some BALLS they have. But of course there really was no need to “INFORM” the Pnoy what he already knew. Now what’s next???

    4. SHIT hit the fan the moment the government did not own up responsibility in the Mamasapano Massacre. Sad thing is, Pnoy’s bald head was uncovered when SHIT splattered after hitting the fan. as the song goes…let it go!

    5. Since Deles has been exposed as siding with the enemy of the state,( how else can we classify violent and lawless rebels like the MILF), it is clear that the BBL is a product of insidious personalities. Ergo it should be dealt with suspicion, if not rejected outright.

Not resignation, Mrs. Dumpit-Murillo. It should just be “step down” from power and have the National Transformation Council serve as his advisers-decision-makers in reforming and transforming our society and governance.
Do something and help make that miracle happen.

Ten million voted for him. We only hear ten to one hundred voices. Can we not have a crescendo both in noise and number? If we can’t, is it fair to expect an exit? Must we not wake up and do something more? If not, then let’s enjoy snoring in our deep slumber.

      • Read the latest survey results… it’s down to zero rating for pinot, the most incompetent president?????(via 60-30-10) smartmatic count, the country has ever had
        List of bungled crisis:
        1. Luneta hostage
        2. Yolanda typhoon
        3. Hongkong hostage negotiation (erap saves the day)
        4. SAF massacre
        5. DAP (overruled by SC)

    8. He should construct a spa prison for him to occupy when his time comes. It can be sooner than expected.

For the life of me, I can not understand WHY b.s.aquino III is still in office. He is like a boat dead on the water. He does not have a paddle to reach his shore.

His thinking is so bad and confused, probably, he does not know where he is now or if he knows his situation, doesn’t know what to do. People around him are giving him the wrong advise and information. Such is probably Pnoy’s life now. He should at least ask sister Kris for help. Boy Abunda might help him through his crisis. LOL ! LMAO too.
