The World Health Organization (WHO) is prioritizing rebuilding and expanding medical facilities damaged by Supertyphoon "Yolanda" as it intensify efforts to prevent diseases.
Dr. Julie Hall, WHO representative in the Philippines, in an interview said they are also scaling up mental health services as the relief effort shifts from emergency to early recovery programs.
