Filipino women leaders must sustain the effort to breaking the gender barrier, according to Guest Speaker Agnes Gervacio, president of NEC Philippines. She emphasized the emerging role of women worldwide with hard data from the United Nations. In the Philippines, she proved that women indeed are now emerging as leaders in government, in the private sector, and in non-government organizations, providing leadership, inspiration, and guidance.
