THE Sandiganbayan’s Third Division has directed the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) to bring lawyer Jessica Lucila “Gigi” Reyes to the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) on Monday for a brain scan.
Reyes, co-accused of Sen. Juan Ponce-Enrile and businesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles along with several others in a P172-million plunder charge and 15 counts of graft in connection with the pork barrel scam, is detained at the BJMP facility in Camp Bagong Diwa in Bicutan, Taguig City (Metro Manila).
