A 62-year-old retired female government employee from Parañaque City received an early Christmas gift as she claimed her winnings of P46.5 million from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Monday.

PCSO officer-in-charge Conrado Zabella, assistant general manager for gaming sector, handed the check to the lone winner whose winning combination 02-05-11-13-42-49 reportedly came from a random pick bet.
