A WOMAN who was desperate to win back an ex-lover became a victim of unscrupulous individuals who offered to perform “witchcraft” in exchange for a hefty sum, according to police on Tuesday.
The Regional Special Operation Unit-National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) conducted an entrapment operation for the suspect, identified as one Jhane Mendoza, at a fast food chain at Barangay Karuhatan Monday noon when she was arrested following a complaint filed by Bernadette San Juan.
