Women’s world championship gets April date


LONDON: The women’s world squash championship will be staged in Kuala Lumpur in April, four months after they were controversially cancelled in the Malaysian capital, organizers said on Wednesday (Thursday in Manila). The tournament, billed as the most lucrative in the history of the women’s tour, will take place at the Bukit Jalil Stadium in the city from April 23 to 30.
