COMBINED police and military forces arrested on Thursday afternoon a leader of a notorious kidnapping group in Ipil town in Zamboanga Sibugay, police reports said on Friday.
Philippine National Police (PNP) Public Information chief, Sr. Supt. Reuben Theodore Sindac quoting reports identified the arrested kidnap group leader as Sehar Muloc alias “Commander Red Eye.”
