THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is set to test its newest traffic scheme during the 'EDSA Tayo' prayer rally against the pork barrel fund on Wednesday.
MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino on Tuesday said the zipper lane will be implemented along EDSA-Ortigas area for private vehicles only during the prayer rally.
