THE distributor of Chevrolet vehicles in the Philippines announced that J.D. Power and Associates has named the 2012 editions of the Chevrolet Sonic and Chevrolet Volt as being the most appealing in the cars’ respective segments.
According to Chevrolet distributor The Covenant Car Co. Inc. (TCCCI), J.D. Power in the US awarded the Sonic and Volt with “Highest Ranked Vehicle Appeal” among subcompacts and compact cars. More than 70,000 new-vehicle buyers were included in J.D. Power’s Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout Study that looked at fuel economy, driving dynamics, vehicle exterior, visibility and driving safety factors, according to TCCCI.
It added that the Volt scored the highest ranking in its category for the second-straight year while the Sonic topped the subcompact class in its first year in the market.
Now available in the Philippines, the Sonic hatchback or sedan is being offered by TCCCI with an Apple iPad Mini in a promo . The promo runs until December 31.
