PFF national championship fires off Jan. 9

The 2012-2013 Philippine Football Federation-Smart National Club Championship kicks off in the second week of the new year as Kaya visits M’lang at Koronadal City, South Cotobato on

January 9. Their match would be played at the South Cotobato Sports Complex at 3 p.m. The rest of the matches will be played on January 12 and 13 at various venues around the country.

Cebu Queen City United hosts Pachanga will take on its rival at the Aboitiz Football Field in Cebu City, while Gen. Trias International will travel north to face Baguio United at Benguet State University. Romgarjal will be going up against Green Archers United at the Jose Rizal Memorial State University in Dapitan, Zamboanga del Norte. All of these games will be held at 3 p.m. on January 12. Meanwhile, Flame United will test Loyola at the Rizal Memorial Stadium at 4 p.m. on the same day.

Matches on January 13 pit recent United Football Cup champions Stallion versus Negros-based Ceres at 3 p.m. at the Panaad Football Stadium in Bacolod, with a doubleheader scheduled between Pasargad and Philippine Army at 4 p.m. and Global vs. Nomads at 6:30 p.m.
