The submitted work must also be in CMYK mode for the high-resolution version of your design with an image resolution of up to 200dpi, low-resolution and high-resolution versions of the design must also be submitted. Works with any sexual content will be disqualified.

Rules are subject to change but any change in the rules shall be duly announced. Designs submitted must be the artist’s original work.

The competition is open to all Filipinos regardless of age and gender. Some of the works will be selected by the NCCA and will be exhibited in the NCCA gallery.
