At least 10 more local and foreign investors are interested to build facilities in the 9,500-hectare (ha) New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) said recently.
BCDA President Vivencio Dizon said the companies signified their intention to invest in New Clark City, but he refused to identify them.
