At least 10 people were killed in two separate shooting incidents in Talisay City and Cebu City in Cebu at dawn on Thursday.

The five fatalities in Talisay were identified as Duane Bonga, Jate Bonga, Cresencio Rafanan, Sherwin Dabasol and Welven Vinculado.
