FIFTEEN Filipino boat captains who were jailed in Indonesia for fishing illegally on its waters have returned to the country after serving their jail term, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Wednesday.
Consul General Oscar Orcine, in a statement, said that the Filipinos were turned over to officials of the Philippine Consulate General in Manado by Indonesian authorities.
