TWO of four individuals sought by the Senate blue ribbon committee for their alleged links to the P14.5 billion worth of two “shabu” shipments that were smuggled into the country surrendered to the Senate.
They are Marina de la Cruz Signapan, owner of SMYD Trading, and Emily Luquingan, ex-wife of Hsu Chun Chung alias “Pony Chung,” identified as a Chinese who allegedly brought one of the illegal drug shipments into the country through his brokerage firm.
