TWO bettors of Ultra Lotto 6/58 of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) won the biggest prize money in its history on Sunday night.
The bettors, who were identified only as coming from Legazpi City, Albay and Borongan, Eastern Samar will divide the P1.18 billion jackpot after guessing the winning combination of 40-50-37-25-01-45.
