THE Bureau of Immigration (BI) intercepted at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) two more Korean fugitives wanted for fraud in their country.
BI Port Operations Chief Grifton Medina on Sunday identified the suspects as Kim Sung Young, 53, and Kim Sungwan, 26.
