LIKE in the case of Maj. Gen. Carlos F. Garcia, the Office of the Ombudsman may also have to include in its probe the wife and children of 10 more military officers being investigated for alleged unexplained wealth.
Ombudsman Simeon Marcelo said probers would be compelled to look into the possible liability of the wife and children of these military officers if it is shown that public funds may have been used for private purposes such as travels abroad.
