SIX policemen in Metro Ma­nila were reprimanded after they were caught sleeping inside their patrol cars early morning Tuesday.

The Philippine National Police chief, Deputy Director General Edgardo Aglipay, caught two of the policemen sleeping in their air-conditioned car in front of the US Embassy—long considered a potential terrorist target—and vowed to banish them to a remote island for retraining.
