THE court-appointed lawyers of former President Joseph Estrada said on Tuesday that they are ready to present evidence and witnesses when the plunder trial resumes on Monday, September 6.
Jose Flaminiano, a member of the defense panel, said they have already prepared witnesses and evidence to be submitted to the Sandiganbayan Special Division, but noted that there are still several issues that must be resolved before the trial resumes.
