CAMP DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet—The most-wanted man in Abra, who had a P250,000 price on his head dead or alive, was arrested Monday by a composite team of police and intelligence agents.
A report received by the Police Regional Office in the Cordillera based in this camp identified the suspect, Prudenciano Britanico, of Langiden, Abra.
