BAGUIO CITY—Willy Cacdac, The Manila Times Northern Luzon columnist is among the 11 individuals who will be honored Wednesday as one of the “Outstanding and Distinguished Citizens of Baguio.”
The awarding is one of the highlights of the 95th Baguio Charter Day celebration at the Baguio Convention Center starting 8 a.m., with administration Sen. Richard “Dick” Gordon as guest of honor and speaker.
