GOKONGWEI-OWNED Cebu Pacific Air said on Wednesday that it is aiming to be the country’s number one domestic carrier in five years after its acquisition of 12 brand-new Airbus aircraft with a list price of $670 million.
In a press conference, Cebu Pacific President Lance Gokongwei said that besides the 12 aircraft, the company is also leasing two A-320 airplanes as part of the company’s refleeting program.
