THE reorganization of the Philippine National Police announced last Saturday must get the go-ahead from the President and the National Police Commission (Napolcom) before it can take effect.

Deputy Director General Edgar Aglipay, the PNP chief, said the reorganization might take place in the following days as discussions continue with the Napolcom.
