PALAYAN CITY—Vice President Noli de Castro and Gov. Tomas Joson 3rd lead the Novo Ecijanos in celebrating the province’s First Cry of Revolution at the Nueva Ecija Convention Center today.
De Castro, who is also the guest of honor and speaker, will award honors to recipients of this year’s Tanging Alay sa Tanging Anak ng Nueva Ecija (Tatang) Award, a recognition to Novo Ecijanos who excelled in different fields of endeavor.
