IBA, Zambales – Secular delegates, the clergy, religious men and women and seminarians of different parishes in the province welcomed Most Reverend Florentino Galang Lavarias as the fourth bishop in the Diocese of Iba.
A motorcade in the morning of August 31 ushered the bishop to the ceremonies that installed him as head of the Diocese of Iba.
