Arroyo to sign order raising govt charges

AN executive order directing government agencies to raise fees and charges is awaiting the signature of President Arroyo, an official of the National Tax Research Center (NTRC) said.

Lina Isorena, executive director of the NTRC, said the proposal has already been approved by the Development Budget Coordinating Committee and is now with the Office of the President.
